Account Registration & Security
To register on megawinbd, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each person is allowed only one account — attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. megawinbd may request identity documents or other verification materials to validate the information provided during registration. Creating an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination. Certain services may be restricted until age verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your password or allowing others to access your account is strictly prohibited. Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the megawinbd support team immediately. megawinbd will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access, unless it is proven that the loss was entirely due to a fault in our system. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

- Users may also request account closure at any time — simply notify the support team and the process will be completed within 7 business days.
- Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed and paid out after verification.
- Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be marked as dormant and will require identity verification to be reactivated.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using megawinbd, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity on the platform is strictly prohibited. Harassment, intimidation, or misconduct directed at other users is not tolerated. Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or software, or using bots or automated software, is strictly forbidden — any such activity, once detected, will result in immediate legal action. If any user's actions cause financial or reputational harm to megawinbd, that user will be held fully liable for all resulting damages.
It is your responsibility to fully understand the rules, odds, and payout structure of each game before participating in any betting or gaming activity. megawinbd makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes — wins and losses are entirely dependent on chance. Payment & Transaction Information

Deposits are usually credited instantly, though technical issues may occasionally extend processing time up to 24 hours. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes after verification is complete, though additional review may be required in some cases. megawinbd reserves the right to temporarily hold payments on suspicious transactions pending investigation.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — to use a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in each bonus offer's details.
